Tasks

  • Contribute to the achievement of the University's vision, mission and objectives.
  • Achieving the complementary role with different university bodies.
  • Financial, administrative and technical supervision of the organizational units of the General Administration.
  • Perform all tasks related to human resources and follow up on their affairs in accordance with the powers granted.
  • Distribution of work and functions among the organizational units of the public administration.
  • Participation in relevant constituent committees within and outside the Department.
  • Work to provide all the needs and requirements of the Department's organizational units.
  • Adopt and support quality to develop and improve business mechanisms and procedures.
  • Supporting and facilitating actions related to meeting human resources needs, to enable them to function and professionalize.
  • Updating the human resources database of the University's system and other relevant ministries.
  • Creating an attractive working environment based on the principle of justice and transparency in line with regulations and regulations.
  • Study and develop reports relevant to the services provided to beneficiaries.
  • Supporting human aspects and social relations in order to contribute to raising the level of job satisfaction.
  • Preparation of the Department's annual reports.
  • Implementation of other mandates and tasks.
